I don't have names to give you but I know for sure that there are decently-sucessful anitubers out there, to say nothing of people with clout in /v/ydia hobbies and competitions.
Personally I can't tell how well you could carve a space for yourself strictly as a vtuber. Maybe there's a niche for femanons that are desperate for dick like the niisanji fans, maybe there isn't. But I know for certain that there's a niche in there for a black youtuber with an anime avatar, if you understand the difference. The biggest hurdle, imo, isn't even going to be your voice, but finding an avatar that doesn't look like complete shit.
