>>63342308I agree that this is the reason for it. Some of the Vtubers in your company showing hands puts pressure on the others to do it. The brown women don't want to expose how brown they are, so it puts them in a difficult spot.
I like seeing beautiful white Vtuber hands though, so my solution would be to not hire brown women in the first place.
