It's true that she found her model and her voice very cute but she also genuinely wanted to get closer to her and learn more about her.
Gura was one of the main reason why Okayu played Minecraft at first, she built several dating spots and put her house right next to hers so they could play together.
...But unfortunately for her, Gura barely played Minecraft at all and pretty much completely disappeared. The language barrier, timezones and Gura being at the other side of the world obviously didn't help.
While waiting for Gura, Okayu decided to mess with Lui in Minecraft instead by making pranks and stealing stuff from her... and that's how her very close friendship with Lui and Dorobo Kensetsu started.
