To be honest it's actually normal for most of your viewers to not donate, only like 10% or less of a vtuber's viewers will be donors and it's common for only 50% of chat to be members. The bigger mystery is why she doesn't have as many dedicated gachis as some of the other girls.
btw Youtube just added a new donation option in the form of SuperThanks. They're basically the superchat equivalent of video comments so you can drop them on vods whenever she decides to enable it. I think the cap is $50 per comment but at least it lets you give thanks for streams you missed and leave long ass walls of text showing your appreciation if you want instead of the usual word limit on superchats.
Just in case her next karaoke is unarchived or doesn't have superchats enabled feel free to send her one on a previous stream to show your love.
