Reason being that I feel a bulkier body type will look more proportional with the available chicken head in the game. In WWE 2k22, body types affect height and weight, and the two stats are tied together. The tl;dr is that if you want your wrestler to look more muscular they're gonna have to be a manlet. See pic rel for a comparison, left is the light body type and right is the bulkier heavy body type.
