holo (the conservative corpo) introduced males as their own group(s) so that they keep to themselves and don't make the fanboys schitzo too hard
in prism that sounds more like an all-male gen, but with how slowly prism grows it doesn't seem worth the risk to base a gen 100% on males
the only way I see males getting into prism is if shogun decides to take things completely off the rails
maybe with a 2g1b group like niji IN/EN and even then niji hired the most chill dude they could find
still one hell of a gamble for a worker bee who just got put in charge, in a conservative company, already trying not to burn the brand with drama
