I think Cover slowly ramps up their investments into their talents once they start growing. Koyori does a good job constantly delivering something using the spare time that might be used for 3D activities in future. If you want to get a good comparison, you should check out Hakos Baelz from EN Gen2. She puts a lot effort into her music and even wrote the lyrics for her original song and does some voice acting stuff. The quality of her output is very high.
But again: Koyori is the only one who feels like she's constantly delivering around the clock.
