i have been telling you idiots for months, the real problem isn't her desing, most people agree she looks cute in fanarts, what makes her face uncanny is the simple anime rigging that's uncompatible with her realistic-ish artstyle. with the implementation of 3.0 they are now able to make more dynamic facial expressions which is ideal for IRyS, part of the problem is her rigger too for making her head look too oval, i'm sure someone more experienced can make her look way prettier without any significant design changes.
to prove my point yesterday she was commenting about gen1 having tongue tracking now and she said "i won't mind if mine doesn't get that function" the way she said that sounded like she was sure that she will be getting a 3.0 for herself.
