Mori Calliope claimed that Amelia Watson claimed there was rain in NY which was the cause of the surprising cleanliness
If this were to have happened Amelia would have more than likely told Mori sometime within the last 24 hours as thats the timeframe when Mori landed in the US.
If we check the rain forecast for NY we see the following,
>2 days of no rain and 1 day of essentially no rain, however the day previous did have a substantial amount of rain
The question then becomes, would it make sense for Amelia Watson to talk about rain 4 days earlier as a reason why the city was so clean?
Then after doing a little research of my own, I found multiple articles about flooding over roads, storms, and even 2 deaths from Monday the 19th, suggesting that yes, it wouldnt be far fetched for Amelia to point to this as cleaning up the city
