Honestly, wanting to keep previous viewers from past glories but removing all previous activities is a big stab in the back to the fans, just to suck off a corpo for the acquisition.
Re:AcT isn't in the wrong as they finally made a sound business move. Sure, they may have made a few shekels for being the breeding grounds for bigger corpos to poach lesser known talents, but could have made more from theliteral whos they developed from the ground up into very skilled entertainers instead of selling them off to the cabal or worse, letting unfavorable contracts end without returns from ungrateful whores who would monkey branch once they get enough steam.
