Our favorite dork doofus girlfailure has a frustratingly low amount of lore content surrounding her due to my worst enemy: irony poisoning. Making lore is, to girls like Lucy, "cringe" and "nobody pays attention to it", so there was basically nothing to go on. Nevertheless, I scraped together everything I could, let me know if there's any obviously horrifically wrong bits either in the math or the abilities.
