What she is is a provider of a service, and that service has not been up to par since last year at best, as the provider has been infected with a malady known as complacency. Your current frustration is indicative of the growing pains Teamates have been experiencing for months. Her declining numbers speak to that better than I (or your whining) ever could.
You'll follow suit soon enough. I know you guys don't like it when people point that out, but remember, she's the source of all these problems. I'm merely pointing that out.
