I really want to support her statement, but it's hard when she unintentionally fosters a not-so-seiso environment in her chat. It doesn't help that the current VTubers scene (Hololive included) is heavily sexualized. The line that defines consent isn't as clear as people may think.
People can't just assume that other people know how not to commit sexual harassment because there's a whole lot of knowledge on how to do that, and I doubt many people know that. It must be taught, like how to read, or how to eat, or how to walk. So, I think it's best to try to pursue these cases with the law enforcement. But I'm aware why it isn't practical, at least in here.
