there's more visibility, whereas if you post here you're just splitting up what's already a small resource pool
this is why i want /vsh/ to be a thing, their chuubas are pretty good and it could really help attract more viewers and OC makers...

laine didn't seem really into mecha either
i don't think it's a good idea if mecha content isn't something you're pursuing, especially with the ~30$ investment for even the cheapest kits. there are neat one-off games that are cheaper and harder to screw up on
