americas test kitchen and epicurious (specifically frank proto and saul montiel) have a lot of good videos too
guga makes a lot of good videos if you cook a lot of meat and he has a bunch of alt channels
those are the ones i would recommend but there are a lot of other smaller ones too
i try to only watch people who are passionate about their food and passionate about helping people learn vs watching people make overproduced tv show content which i think is a lot of the complaint people have with josh weissmans videos now compared to his old stuff
