>>69109860Why aren't you also listing what they did right? A list of what someone did wrong is pure negativity and is there to paint a person in a bad light. Within a month the place I work at has kicked someone out because they lost their cool and began to shout down the floor manager. Another brought alcohol into the work place and drank in the bathroom. All they need to say is that they were fired because they didn't meet the criteria for the job. It doesn't look good if a corpo does something like that to a single person, even if they were the fuck up. Just don't bring it out in public.
