>Sliced mushrooms (can be whatever you want, I use baby bella but white button or shiitake work too)>Powdered Garlic>Powdered Ginger>Onions sauce>Scallions (optional)>Toasted sesame seeds (optional)1. Heat pan at medium heat. Add butter or your choice of cooking oil until melted or shimmering. I like using leftover bacon fat.
2. Stir in mushrooms. Add garlic powder, ginger powder, and optional toppings and cook 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Add in onions sauce. Let mushrooms simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes.
And that’s it. I love putting these in my instant ramen but they also go good with rice bowls. Drizzle a bit of sesame oil on top and you’re in for a savory treat.
