>>35239704>then wouldn't it behoove us, as those who actually care about her as a vtuber, to advise her in improving? No, I don't think so. There are many factors at play, and doing stuff like that in an insistent manner has proven to be upsetting to her and to the board. There are times where advising can be helpful, but in this particular case, insistent advising has ALWAYS proven to have a negative effect. As much as we can want it to have a positive effect, it hasn't and it doesn't. I'm sorry but that's just the way it is.
Yes, she sometimes gets down on numbers because she internalizes and gets judgey towards herself. But she gets even more anxious and stressed trying to maintain a facade, and still gets judgey towards herself only about other things. She's just a really self-critical rab. There is no saccharine lie being told. Yes, she would like higher numbers, but no, she would not like certain other things that you might suggest for attaining those numbers, because while numbers are a concern they're not the only, or even the most important, concern. Everything is a balancing act, and she wants to maintain a balance that lets her continue to enjoy streaming. She wouldn't complain if numbers came with that, but she's said she's not going to sacrifice the things that let her enjoy streaming just to get a higher view count.
She knows that strictly sticking to a schedule is better for viewership, but she's tired and wants to rest and then wants to stream when she feels more genki. And streaming when she feels like it is more important to her than having a few extra viewers at this time. If it wasn't, she wouldn't have made the decision. I don't think anyone minds you speaking freely, but when you do speak please just remember that the things you want are not always the same things kiki wants, and your top priorities are not always her top priorities. Please understand.
