I went through the first exercises of the Voice Book and summarized them as easy reference. They are all about alignmemt and posture so to train it into you I'll have to do similiar to mindfulness and reassume the stance rather than only keeping it for a while every day.
Next I'm went over the best book about teaching social skills, the Social Skills guidebook. Since it's a modular book I'm went over the bits of talking and holding a conversation as they seem most relevant.
