Proof of this can be found in the name Sora itself, which means sky, Sora also utilizises a number of stars in her model, Sora also being accompanied by a little bear and Sora's oshi mark which literally implies that she is a bear recording artist.
I posit that Sora, as Ursa Major, was bored up in the heavens watching humans go about their everyday lives and came to envy their freedom and thus chose to descend with her eternal companion by her side to partake in that great adventure which is human life.
This, however, means that in her previous life Sora was Callisto (a nymph of Artemis) and Ankimo was her son, Arcas. As major a yab as that may be, it yet provides us with one of the most convincing pieces of evidence as to the voracity of this theory in that the name Callisto meant "the most beautiful" and since we can all attest that Sora is the most beautiful among all vtubers I think that this theory is poven beyond any shadown of a doubt.
