What if some people are not genuine itt? I know, I know, it can't be possible, but hear me out. I have a theory that there are people who pretend to be part of certain fanbases and fans of certain holos.
It's nuts, but don't write me off yet. A wild theory is running through my head, maybe because I'm not taking my meds, but the theory is dictating that people will use specific phrases, specific post structures in an attempt to cause chaos and attract (You)s. There might be people who just come in these threads and try their best to cause as much infighting as possible. Numbers. Shipping. Achievements. Stream quality. All of it can be used. I'm going completely loco here, but i'll jsut say it. I think that people now, or at least in the future, will even samefag their posts to gain traction. Okay, the last one is unrealistic. Nobody would do this. But maybe...
Okay, but in all seriousness
I fucking hate Gura. She doesn't deserve her numbers and is talentless. I normally only post on /morig/ and I wish Gura was as dedicated and hard working as my oshi, Mori (to prove she's my oshi, i'm attaching an image of her).
But actually I'm a tako and I only post on /wah/ I'm making this post to laugh at all the fanbases that are beneath me (because takos are proven to be the smartest and most genuine well behaved fans).
Got you, didn't I? My favorite is actually Ame. Me adding this text in spoiler tags proves it, because spoiler tags means the statement is factual and what the poster actually believes in. God, I fucking love her, all of my favorite clips are with Ame. Why can't Kiara behave just like her?
