>>104649548First, download a DAW - I recommend FL Studio trial, as it comes preloaded with instruments/soundfonts to get you started and it has loads of tutorials, the only downside is that you can't save projects. Then, look into primary chords and chord progressions and try to make some simple melodies with a piano. After that, try to gradually add more instruments on top of that melody. It'll be a lot of trial and error and grinding if you don't have any prior music experience, but eventually you'll get a hang of it. Good luck anon!
