If that is the case, though, it stops being murder and enters the realm of self defense.
As for what can and can't be "forced upon" another, we've got to come to an agreement in terms of goals then make an objective determination regarding our actions. This simple move is why indiscriminate killing is deemed wrong in basically every society. It's clearly not conducive o a thriving society. Thus he society decides the guy looking to kill indiscriminately must be stopped.
