Probably not as early as December 2022 but I'm pretty sure it was sometime in early January 2023, since Filian mentioned that she wanted to collab after doing a flip for the raiders. Then, that never happened because Neuro was banned not long after. During a subsequent raid after the unban, Filian reiterated that they had planned for Neuro to be on one of those vtuber dating shows but had to swap someone else in after the ban. If someone has old vods to corroborate this, I would appreciate it. Even if my dates are wrong, I'm still confident that this makes Filian one of the oldest big streamers still actively involved with Neuro.
