At some point though I started noticing that the fans weren't actually as nice as I'd thought, and that Selen was getting fucked over more and more often by management and apologizing for things that shouldn't have been her fault.
It started with little things, like when she noticed KR was singing anything they wanted in unarchived karaoke and asked to do it too, they said no and banned KR from doing it, showing that they had no fucking idea what was going on in their own branches.
Or the time she scheduled resident evil 4 for 4 streams, played it for 2 weeks, then got told by management that the perms were suddenly revoked and that they could only play the JP version. So she asked if she could play the JP version. They said no. So she went to Capcom and asked if she could have perms for RE4. Niji stopped her cold and banned her from Resident Evil entirely right before October aka spooky month, and then forced her to apologize to everybody and blame her own selfishness or whatever for it.
I couldn't stand how they were treating her and how much they were clearly forcing her to do all of these humiliation rituals to apologize for shit that was clearly their fault or due to their own incompetence.
The termination forced me to make a choice, and I chose her, so fuck Nijisanji.
