A tier is Azki, Suisei, Sora, Nene. Basically the very talented, experienced and well trained singers.
B tier are the likes of Watame, Cali, Gura and Subaru, who do a lot of training but aren't quite (yet) on the level of the A tier, although they can get up to A tier when they really hit their marks on songs that suit them.
C tier is where most of the holos are. Pekora, Fubuki, Luna, Polka. They have some training, practice occasionally, have some songs that can push them into a B tier level and in a properly made song they sound good.
D tier is the ones that were never really meant to sing but on joining Hololive put in work to improve. They're F tiers that can get a minimal level of acceptability in a production where their issues are masked by autotune or other production decisions. Botan, Coco.
F tier would be Amelia & Noel.
