She's also aware of all the negative things people say about her content and she feels bad for the JOPs who find her english difficult or the EOPs who don't understand Japanese but she can't change who she is and is happy doing things her way. She also knows her content doesn't get the highest numbers but she's happy with where she is and how hard she works.
It's not dismissive at all and is the proper way to deal with criticism. Acknowledge the fact you aren't perfect, but also be clear and firm that criticism doesn't offend you and the schizos won't get anything out of it other than fueling your growth as a streamer. She's very smart.
