Kotoka is probably the only successful case in recent waves of someone totally unique that brings interesting content to the branch which wasn't done before. Almost everyone else is just doing repetitive Chilla's kusoges and co-op games and other garbage that no one wants to see.
Again, if they can actually bring in niche content creators who are able to adapt their content to a weeb audience and give NijiEN some sense of identity beyond "Luxiem and friends" then people would probably complain less about the branch feeling dead and soulless. The CGDCT beggars are just an expression of frustration towards NijiEN feeling stale and repetitive. Look, even if the branch wants to go all-in on Ethyria that's fine, I'll stop watching and they can start collabing with Twitch fleshstreamers, at least that would give NijiEN some sense of identity. Right now the entire branch is in a "shit or get off the pot" situation where they can't decide if they want to push a cute weeb-friendly atmosphere or a Twitch-adjacent normalfag atmosphere. At least do SOMETHING and stop sitting on the fucking fence.
