Being on the internet for more than a decade and even actively using 4chan for a period of time, you're bound to learn about a lot of stuff. Her asking if she even wants to know (she immediately said the same thing when Alice brought up fleshlights too) is just insinuating that she has some sort of idea what it is in the first place
