She is pissed that despite her graduation companies are still acting limpwristed towards antis and basically willing to sacrifice chuubas to appease literal schizos. So she is appealing to chuubas too worry about themselves instead of the company and telling the fans to protect their favorite chuubas because at the end of the day the fans are what make them not the company.
The only really interesting thing she said was "I am Delta, I will be Delta until the day I die." which finally gives us confirmation she will never go corporate again which was oddly satisfying to hear.
