They're incredibly melodramatic and self-indulgent, couldn't write natural-sounding dialogue to save their lives.
If you want a decent structural baseline for what makes a good NTR/S fic, the VN "Kashidashi Tsuma, Marina no Netorase Houkoku" by Atelier Sakura is one of the quintessential genre entries and is moderately widely known. Shouldn't have any trouble finding a rip. On a personal note, I like things getting a little more extreme, and that masterpost I made a while back contains better examples in various other forms of media:
