as for ame being the center literally look at any and all announcements or art by the official hololive team. now you may not know idol culture at all, but the "center" position has a specific connotation in the lineup. they are considered the "leader" and should always appear in the center in any performance. they need not be the best singer, nor the most popular (though the company usually assumes they will be) coco was the "center" of 4th gen. idk what leg you have to stand on here, i stated facts.
