As for Streaming amount? No clue
As for no streaming experience: I had none when I started and I just dove head first into it. Complete with soo much scuff LOL, Everything Borked and Broke LOL. But I'm having fun, If anything streaming is key don't sit there and stagnate, Evolve or Die! if you don't stream you will never get the requisite skills. Don't let your Dreams become Delusions.
Oddly enough no Pippa doesn't need to be your Oishi. There have quite a few people that have not known about Pippa and are getting into FlaVR from outside sources. But she is key to the deep lore and History of FlaVR aswell as Panko. and Lia? or was it Lumi? I forgot who created Mpreg LOL a quick read over about the history Doc will help.
Although its not up to me to decide one way or the other, I have found FlaVR to be an awesome and welcoming place to be. You just need to prove you're serious about streaming.
