season 1 just introduces a few characters and focuses on the golden generation (Special Week, Silence Suzuka, King Halo, El condor Pasa, Seiyuun Sky and Grass Wonder) while the second season focuses on another set of characters (Tokai Teio, Mejiro Mcqueen, Mihono Bourbon, Rice Shower and Nice Nature)
If you dont 100% vibe with the first season after 2 or 3 chapters, you can safely skip to the second one, you will just miss a few jokes
