Axel was originally treasurer, but then switched roles with Vesper to became HR due to him thinking be a treasurer meant he had to go look for treasure, in his 3D Live he was referred to as treasurer again, which would indicate that after Vesper graduated the role of treasurer when back to Axel, thus Axel has duel roles in Tempus as both HR and treasurer, both of which jobs, he neither attends to!
