Biggest help is to go to a microcenter near you and head to the build a pc folks. You give em a budget, they give you the best specs. They also have amazing bundles for parts. As for building, You really just attach everything to the motherboard. There's tutorials for building for specific cases out there too, worked amazing for me. Just be careful around putting the cpu in and You're golden
