Second of all, Ms. Rushia's viewers also warned her repeatedly about such overlay, which was ignored by my client.
Ms. Rushia is a known "technical illiterate", while Ms. Miko is a know "GTAV veteran". Therefore, it is safe to assume that the setup and layout of that stream is setup by Ms. Miko, per Ms. Rushia request. Now, Ms. Miko must have known about the potential yab can be created by the discord overlay issue when streaming GTAV, so why didnt she warn Ms. Rushia about it? Why did Ms. Rushia ignored her viewers' warning when that issue is brought up? Could it be that Ms. Miko intentionally ignored the issue, instead telling Ms. Rushia to ignore the viewer comment to frame my client of having a boyfriend?
