You don't have a dedicated model. You have an old man, a cat girl, an ikemen. Choose one and stick with it. Also, the rigging for the catgirl is really, really bad. Like, don't bother using it - stick with vroid or png. It's actually pretty hard to watch.
You have a lot of dead air in a lot of your segments. It's okay to have silent sessions for some parts, but you should try to provide some commentary or your thoughts on whatever's happening in-game at least once in a while. Otherwise, you're just an avatar that doesn't even say anything or offer input for your content.

I checked your twitter and you RT a lot of stuff for gacha games. You should probably use it to network or engage with your audience/viewers more instead of free stuff from games. If you wanna do that, make an alternate account.Basically, you seem like an extremely casual hobbyist from first glance - pretty much an average person that wants to stream normally. There's nothing wrong with that, but you have absolutely nothing that helps you stand out, which I assume you came here for advice about. Vtubing is all about being unique and playing whatever character you'd like or want to be. You need to overhaul everything, pretty much.
