Izuru's deck is finished. I mulled over several concepts, but eventually I settled on using the Noh-P.U.N.K. cards (based on street performers, which Izuru has mentioned he used to do) to make a control-focused deck (referencing the tight reins he keeps on his chat and stream in general). Again, I'm pretty poor as far as materials for cards go, but I can save the decklist for when I have enough.
