>>42254573I think it's pretty evident that anyone saying it is just regurgitating shit they read online and hasn't played the series period, certainly not pre-Awakening at any rate. The story is standard Fire Emblem fare, which yeah isn't very good, but the sensationalism surrounding this game in particular has been baffling to read as someone who's been a fan of the series since playing the first localized game on the GBA when I was all of 10 years old.
