They'd probably have had similar meltdowns back when Dianko, Gene and others started to make a shift toward playing more retro games this year instead of celebrating it like we have in /vrt/.
It's funny too because of their various complaints, it's like schrodinger's thread: Simultaneously "dead" and yet always under attack from all sides with everyone wanting to be a part of it.
