I figure he will do a better job of it altogether, but if that man is here I would suggest maybe trying to make a version that cuts the cream cheese in favor of heavy cream.The "recipe" called for cheese...but thankfully I did get some heavy cream yesterday for some pasta vodka, so I wonder if I can improve the emulsification of red wine/coconut/cheese through that.
