excludes are the usual, plus (((kissing))), (((licking finger))), (((licking another's face)))
I originally wanted kissing but 80% of the time tongues are involved with anything it becomes sort of horrific. So instead I went with the next best option and excluded a few tags that I thought might help keep their mouths shut.
I should also add another thing I've been doing, which is using the script section to try out a bunch of different CFG Scale and samplers at a time. (pic related). Adds a little more variety than just creating a batch of 20 of the same settings and is especially nice if you still aren't sure what options you like the best. I don't remember which combination in particular I got that pic from.
