It also doesn't have 3D models for cutscenes, it removes the overworld, removes Fusion Skills (sorta), it makes the MC only able to wield one weapon type, removes some hidden sidequests, and doesn't include the 20 Hour Epilogue.
Basically, only play Portable if you REALLY want to play as a girl and diddle a little boy.
