Are the existing talents going to stay relevant forever therefore maintaining their profits without a new gen? No. Just rewind back this past year on how people are tired of HoloEN being stale and Gura not streaming.
Now HoloAdvent debuts and suddenly Gura starts streaming again; and Kiara and Calliope are going on a collab binge with Advent. Money is rolling in for everyone.
