Hololive will monopolize VTubing market because they are future-proof

And no, I'm not gonna talk about their lack of competition and I assume Niji escapes from their streak of Ls. Even if Niji somehow gets their reputation back pre-Zaion, they or VShojo or other agencies and indies will be no match against Hololive in the next 5 years or so. And the reason is simple: Hololive has big dreams and big goals
What do Hololive, Niji, VShojo and others have in common ? Promise to treat members respectfully and correctly and spread VTubing culture in their own way. If they are popular enough, they can begin to sell merch and voice packs, then participate in a convention or create their own, and finally a big special concert to show off their brand and hardwork. And as their brand grow larger, more debuts will happen and cycle repeats. But does this cycle repeat indefinitely ?
As time passes, more and more people jump into VTubing niche. Even large corpos also debut their own VTubers. And soon, the market is suddenly crowded with supply more than demand. The ones who are already big will continue to be big as long as streaming culture still exists while the no-names will either continue to farm 2-digit CCV or graduate. At the end of the day, the current small market that filled with VTuber fans can only help to an extent, and it becomes saturated
So what did Niji and VShojo and other do to encounter this ? Well not much exactly. They still continue as usual, just keep debuting members, just keep playing trendy games and chatting, just keep doing convention, if enough profit, they can host their own concert, and overall don't fuck their members up. Sure it worked very well during Covid, but now that life of touching grass begins, suddenly they no longer have the fame cheat code. Newer members getting less and less recognized, and Niji's newest gens are complete flops. Those are the signs that the cycle will one day stop repeating and they are fighting on a constant size of platform
But this is when Hololive comes in. Hololive still does like everyone else does, but the difference is that they have long-term goals, goals that are beyond VTuber scope. They go into the normie territory to spread VTubing culture. They collabed with normie brands more, they promoted their fan-games to the outside game world, they signed with Universal Music, they opened Hololive City, and they made their own game and platform. If others create supply for a shrinking demand, Hololive create more demand for their future supply. They are getting more Holofans and VTuber fans from normies who didn't even know what VTubing is
And that's why I think Hololive is the main player in the VTubing industry who actually take "spreading VTuber culture" seriously. They boldly reach outside of the VTubing bubble and take risk that normies may or may not give them and VTubing a chance. If Yagoo succeeds in his goals, the VTubing market will be much bigger than today and we all can thank Hololive for keeping this industry alive against other normie media
