I think I've finally pieced together a critical element of the unveiling done here by Cover
So, they clearly inspired the chaos rat through the ogey rrat meme
As we all know, that meme was popularized because of one of Pekora's readings of the word rat
What was an innocuous poorly said set of english words spiraled into a massive inside joke, of course, and then Cover turned it into a living meme
But what if it goes deeper?

Never seen on her model, concept art shows that Don-chan has been hiding a lock around her neck since debut
Now, this may have just been a forgotten detail beforehand, but what if, in reality, Pekora's major early arc of turning from her attempt at a demure idol into a ball of chaos was really indicative of Pekora having tried(or something ELSE having tried) to lock her chaos away, and having it eat through the lock to leak out, but never break it?
