I'm not sure what they could even do for an EN3. The scouting and filtering of potential talents must be insane this time because they're trying to find people who want to simultaneously deal with all of Cover's restrictions, actually prioritize the job itself (no side jobs), and find someone who fits in.
What do you think they're looking for in a talent, assuming they're even looking for EN3 members?
