The share price would plummet, and for the months or years it would take to defeat the case in court, the company would suffer. All the businesses and individuals moving money wouldn't be caught dead using a service that allegedly facilitates the transmission of something deplorable. So, even if you know it's bullshit and unenforceable, the smart move is to lay low and not be the one who has to acknowledge it publicly or show up to court about it.
