She didn't say anything about a noncompete, but I think that's a silly suggestion anyway because other people started streaming as vtubers before 6 months, and some people do tier 6 streams while active, just not as vtubers (which basically implies the only noncompete rule is, "You can't be a vtuber anywhere else while you're here").
